Charles B. Toner, M.D. has been a Mohs and dermatology surgeon in the greater Washington, D.C. area for the past 20 years. He retired as a U.S. naval officer with 29 years of active duty. His last assignment was as Chief of Dermatology at the Bethesda National Naval Medical Center and as the Dermatology Consultant to the U.S. Congress. He obtained a chemistry degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as an engineer in the submarine service. He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, then completed Navy Diving School and served as Undersea Medical Officer. He completed a Mohs surgery fellowship in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Toner is married to Cecile Poupard and is the father of three adult children.
